PragMentor Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

About PragMentor

PragMentor Consulting is focused on improving the quality and efficiency of the global information technology workforce. We empower our clients with better people, better processes, and better technologies — so they can concentrate on their core business activities.

Our story

PragMentor is an initiative of NIT alumni with extensive experience spanning multiple domains and technologies. That background shapes how we work: we've sat on the delivery side of technology projects ourselves, and we build our consulting, talent, and training services around what we know actually moves a project forward.

Our service portfolio spans outsourcing and consulting; permanent and contract recruitment; and employee assessments, upskilling, and reskilling — because resource productivity rarely improves from just one lever. Whether a client needs an expert to solve a specific technical problem, an extra pair of hands to hit a deadline, or a structured way to grow their team's skills, our goal is the same: maximise your resource productivity.

What ties our services together

  • AI-Driven SDLC Consulting — helping teams adopt AI-driven, spec-driven development and agile ways of working.
  • AI for Growing Businesses — pragmatic AI adoption sized to smaller teams and budgets.
  • Tech Talent Augmentation — placing expert engineers directly inside client teams.
  • Training and Upskilling — keeping technology workforces current through structured learning.

What guides our work

Outcome-focused

We measure engagements by the productivity and quality gains they deliver — not by hours billed.

People first

Better technology starts with better people and better processes. We invest in both, not just the tooling.

Practical over trendy

From AI adoption to agile transformation, we recommend what will actually work for your team's context.

Continuous learning

Technology moves fast. Our training and upskilling practice exists so your workforce keeps pace with it.
